         Delegate's registration fee includes: 
  • Admission to all scientific sessions and to the Exhibition Area
  • A congress bag including Final Programme and other conference materials
  • Lunches on Wed 25th and Thu 26th  
  • Coffee breaks on Wed 25th, Thu 26th and Fri 27th
  • Welcome Reception in the hotel on Wed 25th
  • Conference Reception at Bethlehem Chapel on Thu 26th
     


    Student's registration fee includes:

Cancellations & Refunds, Name Changes

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of a cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refund will be made after the Conference. The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation before and on 1 December, 2008   full refund less a handling fee of 30 EUR
Cancellation after 1 December, 2008   no refund

     
The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 30 EUR at any name change of the registration.
